But after seeing what COVID did to her peers, Gomez-Duplessis decided that she need to help everyone that her Spirit Guides sends to her. How often do you sage yourself and your home? I do it everyday before I do self Reiki on myself. Then, I sage before each Healing Touch Reiki session. I like to make sure I’m fully charged this way I can keep energy from connecting to me. Plus, I like to always be ready if I have to help someone on the spot with energy healing.

I’m setting my healing intentions for the holiday season. So many will be effected this Christmas because they don’t have the money to buy gifts, a love one has transition, some will be alone and most are not in a great place mentally.
Now that I’m an empty nester, Christmas is not the same as when the kids were home. The great thing Michael and I have done since it’s just us in the house is live for us everyday so when the holidays come around it’s not “I Want I Want I Want”. We make sure to feed our souls everyday.
My love ones know we love them and I won’t put myself in a space of stress, anxiety or depression. That greed ship has SUNK. No more of surrounding myself around peers that will be looking for gifts. I just want to enjoy the scent of the tree, watch Christmas movies, drink a lot of coquito, and sing lots of Motown Christmas songs. The last 3 years I been enjoying Sia Christmas album as well. This year I want to check out Brandy new Christmas album. Wrap it all up by relaxing on the beach.
It’s okay if you’re going to be alone make it happy for you. Light a candle for the people you lost. And if you can’t gift this year, it’s okay, do something creative. And if your loved ones, don’t understand then maybe it’s time that you remove yourself from them because Christmas is not about “Give Me Give Me Give Me” it’s about the birth of Jesus Christ. That’s our TRUE GIFT!

What are the benefits of Healing Touch Reiki?
In a healing touch Reiki session, I do a consultation to determine the individual’s physical, mental, and emotional state. My client lay fully clothed on a massage table while I place my hands lightly on the body. A session usually lasts 30 to 60 minutes, after which my client report feeling of relaxation and lite.
When peers take a reiki session with me for the purpose of self-healing they experience so many benefits.
Long distance Reiki sessions clients experience the same energy from the feedback that I have received.
I offer in person Reiki sessions on Tuesday and Long Distance sessions on Sundays & Tuesdays in Honolulu Hawaii.
