BEAUTY: New Shade Of Pink For Spring

Today I was feeling a little mischievous and wanted to know what would happen if I mixed my two favorite pink lip items together. I am either walking around nude or pink…on my lips. Being a PINK LADY, I am looking for a new lip color for spring so I decided to mix my favorite two items together. L’OREAL PARIS Project Runway Audacious Amazon’s Pout #685 and Stila Cosmetics Lip Enamel Luxe Gloss in Giggle.

The custom color I came up with is called OBNOXIOUS PINK…what do you think?

BEAUTY: Spring Forward With Your Makeup

Read Issue

Here in New York Metro Area we have been experiencing gorgeous spring weather. So it was easy to get in the mood the day of the photo shoot. When CeCi Johnson, Founder of CeCi New York text me that she wanted me to be a part of  CeCiStyle Magazine spring shoot I was elated. Spring, is one of my favorites seasons, beautiful weather and bloomed flowers; some of my favorites are tulips, bleeding hearts, anthurium, and alpinia purpurata.

CeCi managed once again to put together an amazing team of women to create the look. One of my bestie Melissa Paldino worked on hair, Helga Schaefer was the amazing photographer, and her assistant was a twitter friend that I finally got a chance to meet in work with, Andrea Langer.
My makeup palettes and inspiration look

New Nail Color:Glamxurious For My Glam Girls

Excited that my custom L’OREAL Paris “GLAMXURIOUS” nail polish finally arrived. When deciding on the actual polish that I wanted to do I knew it had to have shimmer with a little pearl iridescent. Of course it had to bling just a little when the light hits it. The color I wanted the base color to look more grey and white because it looks great on all skin tones. I can’t wait to rock my custom polish.

Arrived at the Amway Arena to get the NBA Fan Patrol dancers ready for their performance with Flo-Rida. I wanted the girls lips to pop so I went with a bold red lipstick from Make Up For Ever and strong contouring with high shimmer on the cheeks. Flo-Rida was schedule for makeup not until 9:40 pm, right before show time. So I had time to get others ready and check up on the Fan Patrol.

After getting the girls ready I headed over to the trailer of the group Pentatonix makeup ready for their performance. Luv these kids, the entire time in the trailer they joked with each other that I could not stop laughing at them. The group consist of 4 guys and 1 female. They did practice on the song Starship, luv their version.

DJ Rob Nice did an amazing job hosting the NBA All Star Weekend

Just finish getting Candian singer Katie Caufield makeup ready in her green room

Back in the glam room having fun with Niki Hall, NBA Stylist before heading over to Flo-Rida green room to get him ready to perform my favorite song, Good Feeling.
