L’OREAL Fab Find: HIP Jelly Balm

I so so love the HIP Jelly Balm more than ever. I am up here in Connecticut freezing my butt off and of course I still wanted to look cute as my tears fall on my pretty made up face due to the wind in cold weather. The best item for this day is L’OREAL HIP Jelly Balm. It’s prefect for these cold windy days on the lips. It gives a tint of color as it helps to moisten the lips and helps conditioning them at the same time.
