How Are You Keeping Your Body Hydrated This Winter

Ladies, I’m sure your skin is thirsty with all of the cold weather we have been having this month here in Connecticut. So, your body is probably dehydrated right now even if your using moisturizer at night and using a lip balm throughout the day. It’s very important to hydrate your entire body, inside and out.  Drinking water is good for the body but make sure your eating foods like watermelon, cucumbers and even bell peppers. Make sure your getting those nutrients in during your lunch break. As we age, using products infused with hyaluronic acid that help hydrate and nourish the skin becomes paramount. While getting your beauty rest, be sure to turn on your humidifier to keep your skin from drying out.
