My Day At Essence Magazine With Greta Prince

I was at the Essence Magazine office today to do makeup on R&B singer Greta Prince, winner of Essence Magazine’s & platinum recording artist Pebbles’ R&B Star competition July 2011. I have worked with Essence Magazine & Essence Online since 2005 and I say that proudly. Last year while at Essence Music , I was asked to do makeup for the final 3 contestants (Winner Greta Prince, Ziemia Tucker, & Charnel Allen) and the host, radio personality Angela Yee Festival. So today was special to see Greta and to hear what her year has been like since winning. Celebrity Hairstylist Merilyn Mitchell did an amazing job on Greta’s hair today. 
Next week Essence Online will feature all of the great things Greta has been doing this past year. Below I made a note of some of the makeup products I used on Greta today.

New Year’s Eve Glam Makeup on Essence Magazine

@shakeyourbeauty @essenceonline @essencemagazine  Last week I taped a GLAMXURIOUS beauty segment with Essence on-line Beauty Editor Tia Williams “Shake Your Beauty”. We had a great time and I always enjoy working with Tia. The look that I did was a GLAM makeup look that you girls can rock for New Year’s Eve. It’s a fun look for any party tonight. My 3 yummy features: Glitter, Lashes, & Nicki Minaj pink lips.
