I was at the Essence Magazine office today to do makeup on R&B singer Greta Prince, winner of Essence Magazine’s & platinum recording artist Pebbles’ R&B Star competition July 2011. I have worked with Essence Magazine & Essence Online since 2005 and I say that proudly. Last year while at Essence Music , I was asked to do makeup for the final 3 contestants (Winner Greta Prince, Ziemia Tucker, & Charnel Allen) and the host, radio personality Angela Yee Festival. So today was special to see Greta and to hear what her year has been like since winning. Celebrity Hairstylist Merilyn Mitchell did an amazing job on Greta’s hair today.Â
