I just started using my Singing Bowl on Jan 1st. I know that the Buddhist practitioners started using it for greater amount of peace and intuition in their daily lives through meditation. I know that singing bowls are found outside the temples and monasteries of the Himalayan mountains. They are used as tools for meditation or alternative treatment for various illnesses like chronic pain. As you know I suffer with 4 auto immune diseases. So learning and mastering this technique is very important me.
My goal is to bring relief to myself so I can start helping others on my journey.
It’s About That Time Again! Not only do I like to cleanse my mind but I also like to cleanse my body. I been using “The Cleaner” for a few years. Detoxing the body is a good thing. Everyone has their on way but I like the 14 days formula.
Use MUST drink a lot of water. Use MUST feed the body. You WILL go to the bathroom. At the end you will remove waste pounds.
Whenever I need to release any negative energy I come to the beach to remove them so I can receive my positive blessings that’s been assigned to me.
Allowing my Chakras to be fully tuned in my Body & Mind by coming to the beach is an easy way to align and open my Chakras. Now all of my positive energy can flow effortlessly in my body. I have been doing Reiki technique on myself for the last 3 years. I believe in the healing of energy that I have stop taking about 98% of my meds. Feeding my body and mind with positive energy has been life changing.
If ASMR, Yoga, Reiki, Chakras and other Energy healing works for you, continue to feed your body with it. It was meant for you!
Close your eyes and just listen to that amazing ocean sound of water from the beautiful Hawaii ocean.
I am ready for 2022! All of my Chakras are balanced. My mind is not clutter, my energy is strong and is fully tune into my body and mind. Leave everything 2021 behind and start fresh. When you hold onto things that’s not positive your not allowing to receive your new blessings.

Doing 40%off is a great opportunity to check us out. We hope you give us a try, I know you want be disappointed.
It’s Libra Season and the month of October is mine. 51 years ago I was born on October 13th. I’ve done so many amazing parties for myself when I was in my 20’s, 30’s and 40’s that this year I plan to keep it simple and relaxing here in Hawaii. I just wanted the beach, a cabana and lots of Citrus Frose from the Beach House Roy Yamaguchi’s Restaurant in Turtle Bay Resort. But of course I started my morning with a few glasses of mimosas.
Do you feel you’re the sign you were born under. For me, I’m a TRUE LIBRA. They can put my face under LIBRA, I hate drama, I hate negative, mean, and angry people. I remember growing up my mom use to always tell me that I love the underdog. I am very outspoken and I don’t have a problem checking a person for someone not being treated fair. That I always want the world to be peaceful and that I live in a fantasy world. Maybe that’s why I live in Hawaii. It’s the closet to living in peace and being around positive people.
I had a great day, but you know what, I have a great day everyday. Come on, I live in Hawaii. Living in paradise on a beautiful island is everything you think it is. I had over 4 of those drinks, I ate well and the weather and breeze was perfect that I took one of those good good naps. I slept good that my makeup smeared. (LMAO). I find that I always get the best sleep on the beach, what about you?
When female producer Elizabeth reached out to me about today’s assignment I said yes because I am always excited to work with a female producer, a talented one at that. Then when she shared that the location would be at Valley Of The Temples Memorial Park I was excited because it’s one of the many beautiful places here in Hawaii. Not only is it a gorgeous cemetery but they have the The Byodo-In Temple, it’s a non-denominational Buddhist to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the first Japanese immigrants to Hawaii. Everywhere on the park is a beautiful view that you would not mind spending hours on location here.
Like any assignment call time is early and we wrapped early. My day started at 5am and ended at 12 noon. It was a very small crew and we all stayed safe and masked except for when Jeff had to speak on camera. It feels good to being on set again. It wasn’t a big production but because of the pandemic we have to still be careful. For me I’m very picky about doing makeup and the type of clients that I work with. For now, it’s only production companies because everyone stays safe when not working.
If you coming to Hawaii to film or speak at an event in you need makeup, definitely look me up.
Listen to the most recent episode of my podcast: Why Y’all Really Mad About Erika “Pat The Puss” Jayne from The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills? Would love for you to chime in after listening to my podcast. Share how you feel and what do you think will happen with Erika Jayne. Will Bravo keep her on the show, will she get endorsements, will she go to jail?
Since I’ve became an empty nester during the pandemic I needed something to love on and to care for so I started buying a variety of plants and propagating them. It took a few weeks to a month to learn what they like, how much light and water they needed. Each plant is like a child, they definitely have their on personality. So, once I learned that, I had a routine of how to care for my new babies. Nothing like seeing a new leaf bloom and seeing them getting taller and fuller. I LOVE Fiddle Leaf Figs Trees, Monstera, Philodendron, ZZ Plants, and Aloe Vera plants.
I keep my babies cleaning and their leaves shiny by using Miracle Gro Leaf Shine every 2 weeks on them. I usually clean them on Sundays because I’m off and I can take my time lovin on them. I use a soft white towel and I spray directly on the leaf and gently wipe. I find this product not only keeps my babies pretty but it helps with their growth and healthy large leaves. If you’re heavy handed spray on the towel a good amount in then wipe the leaf so you don’t spill any on the floor or carpet.
