Happy Mother’s Day to all my wonderful Mom’s! This year is one of my favs. My daughter, the oldest is home so I get to love on her all day, she gon be sick of me. My son sent me all the Hydrangea & Roses and hubby got me so much sauteed crabs, cocktails that I’m going to be hurting and a nice luxe gift. I couldn’t ask for a better day. I’m so grateful for my beautiful family and I promised God, if I get to carry these two babies full term that I will be the best mommy ever. ❤️❤️
This will be year 2 without my mom but I have her sitting right in the middle of all the celebration with us. She loves all this!

I had a fulfilling day yesterday, with both Healing Touch Reiki and Spiritual Life Coach sessions. It’s always great to have a mix of services like that, as it keeps me active and engaged throughout the day. To ensure I’m fully charged and my energy is ready for each client, I use my singing bowl to stay calm and relax, and I also recharge my energy with crystals in between my Healing Touch Reiki & Spiritual Life Coach sessions. These practices help me stay centered and ready to help my clients on their journey.
Most clients are tourists that’s here in Hawaii on holiday or on vacation. The others are from the mainland over the phone or on a Zoom call.

I understand that Reiki can be a new and unfamiliar concept for many people. It’s common for peers to ask what it is and how it affects the body. I recall a conversation where someone called me feeling a bit overwhelmed after a Reiki session. They initially wanted me to remove the energy I had given them. When I asked what was wrong, they shared that they were feeling incredibly happy, and it felt strange to walk around feeling stress-free and at peace. I could understand how it might be a bit unsettling to experience something new like that. May I offer any assistance or support?
Two days later, I received another call from the same person, and this time, they sounded quite upset. I could sense that they had been crying. They confided in me that they were scared and didn’t want me to stop the energy. Because it was their first time Healing Touch Reiki, and it was something new for them. They had never felt such lightness in their spirit before. They were ashamed because they had never experienced happiness, peace, or calmness before. This made me emotional, and I cried too. I had asked my Spirit Guides and Reiki Masters to keep me healthy and strong so that I could help people like my client who had been living in their trauma.
After the conversation with my client, they ended the conversation by asking if they could book another session with me. As I wiped away my tears, I assured them that they were more than welcome to schedule another session. It’s moments like these that make me appreciate the healing power of Reiki.
Whenever someone asks me what they can expect to feel after a Reiki session, I share this fun video of myself. It’s my way of showing them the joy and peace that comes from practicing Reiki and how I feel every morning after I perform a self-Reiki session on myself.
