L’OREAL FAB FIND: HIP blue eyes

Because it’s been so cold out here in Connecticut I decided to rock blue eyes since I am so missing the warm weather in beach. Today I am wearing HIP Cream eyeliner in midnight blue all over my entire lid and bottom eyes. While the cream liner is still wet I then deposited the HIP blue eyeshadow duo in Forgiving on top. This gave me that bold color that not only pop but last all 12.5 hours. After, I applied the rich shimmer brown in the crease and also underneath the eyes.
