This year for Easter my daughter requested that instead of the doing the traditional Easter dinner she was craving seafood mostly crawfish. She was missing home since she never ask for anything I decided to grant her wish by ordering 20lbs of crawfish from my favorite place, Louisiana Crawfish Company. Lord knows I’m not supposing to be eating a lot of heavy season food but I must admit I was craving crawfish as well.
