How often do you sage yourself and your home? I do it everyday before I do self Reiki on myself. Then, I sage before each Healing Touch Reiki session. I like to make sure I’m fully charged this way I can keep energy from connecting to me. Plus, I like to always be ready if I have to help someone on the spot with energy healing.
