We’re back with a makeup review on skincare makeup from First Aid Beauty Hello Fab collection. It’s a quick 5 mins review that we are calling “Welcome to 5 Minute Fridays”. We are trying to do fun reviews on Makeup And Martini’s that we hope you all like.
Being that I’m a makeup artist, beauty editor, beauty influencer, and blogger I’m always looking for great skincare products both for myself due to health issues (lupus, lyme, ra) and for my makeup kit to use on clients. For the last 5 years I noticed more of my clients seems to have fussy skin so I am always looking for quality products.
When I was introduced to First Aid Beauty I instantly fell in love with their skincare products. Their products gave me instant relief & results each time I used it. How FAB is it to have great skin everyday. Everyone is always talk about getting that flawless beat face. Well, you can’t achieve that if you don’t use skincare. This month my skincare of choice at Whip Salon is from First Aid Beauty. You can see FAB being featured in this month Glamour & In Style magazine.
I selected FAB for the month for a few reasons. It’s simple yet effective, it deliver immediate relief & it’s great for sensitive skin.
I always get asked when I’m at Sephora from boggie down brown skin clients what do I use to achieve a flawless makeup look. Color correcting is a big thing for me when I’m applying makeup on clients and on myself. On deeper skin women I do a lot of color correcting under the eyes and around the lips. It’s ok to use two shades of foundation especially around the hairline or a medium foundation and a darker powder.
Finally makeup brands are hearing brown skin women cry who needs a little color correcting and or contouring kit. At the moment my favorite four items I use daily to achieve an even skin are listed below.
Everyone has their guide books and TV shows to get them through their life, so I thought I’ll write a post on skincare products I use to maintain my youthfulness. I always get carded because I don’t look my age. When I’m with my 23 and my 18 year old they think I’m their sister. I joke that the lupus has stopped me from aging, making me the black female Benjamin Button, lol. So if it’s not the lupus that’s stopping my age process then maybe it’s really all the expensive skincare products I slather on my face morning and night. I’m happy to share with you my skincare cocktails that I used daily on my mature skin to achieve my baby skin. Hopefully, one of these products will help you with anti-aging.
Right now these are the following products I have been using.
