The Spartan Obstacle Course Race is almost here in beautiful Hawaii, and I’m getting ready to help Michael take on The Beast! With 30 daunting obstacles, a grueling 21k distance, and a time goal of 4 hours, 45 minutes, and 26 seconds, it’s going to be an epic challenge.
I’ve been using Crystal Healing to enhance his strength in his legs and arms. To ensure he’s mentally prepared, I’ve been using Healing Touch Reiki to clear his mind, so he can focus solely on the course that includes river crossings, field running, single-track trails, and demanding hill climbs through lush rainforests, rushing creeks, and rocky coastline.
