As usual my old girl pal Wendy from New York was the first to call me (6am)to wish me HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Wendy has always beat everybody to it cuz she’s an early bird and since we were young she would be the first to get at me…that’s why I love her crazy ass…Wendy is the Koffee Brown video girl that I always talk about. Anyway, I had to work today and I didn’t mind but I didn’t know it would that busy. This was the first time on this year tour that they scheduled a hectic day. No lie, within 1 hour I spoke with a little over 100 women. It was out of control I was not ready for it. We needed some crowd control or something. Women after women was just coming in. I wasn’t planning on working that hard. The crazy thing is I was not doing makeup, the tour manager was stress cuz they didn’t know it women were going to bombard us like this. So when I arrived, she just said stand here. So I was just standing there looking cute and speaking to everybody that was coming in and answering questions. And before I knew it I was surrounded by L’Oreal lovers that Stephanie another makeup artist was like I saw you needed help. I was not giving out anything, no sample no nothing. I finally made it on stage to do what I love and that’s makeup. Back to back until 3ish. The girls got me colorful cupcakes and we shared with everybody. Cuz we are not MEAN GIRLS. I love my girls…they help get me through the tour being away from my own family and friends.

Later that evening I headed back to the hotel to get ready and Debra my other roommate arrived shortly after. Debra was coming back from an event with David Klasfield, owner of OCC Makeup. He had an event that she went to help with so I covered her shift so she would not lose points with L’Oreal. Yeah, David is the guy who sent me the makeup for All Star Weekend to us on the A-List celebs. He’s a good guy and Debra is so blessed to work with him on special events. I tell her that all the time. So we had to catch up and talk about everything before we getting ready to head to the Martini Ranch. Plus, I needed to take my excedrin so I don’t wake up with a bad headache.

The girls called to say they were on their way to the Martini Ranch and we finished getting ready and met up with; Lisa Mallard, and Cassie Cole both makeup artists. Sandra was running late so she arrived a little later. We had a great time, I had a few wedding cake martini’s and a mango martini, and the bellini martini’s. Order the grilled chicken so I could have something in my stomach. The drinks were $3 and the girls kept buying me drinks. Cassie is so funny she did the Cassie shake allnight for us. It’s so funny that you have to see it in person. We just laughed and laughed all night. Just felt good to get out of the hotel and away from work and just do me…

Hey Guys, checked in the hotel a little after 9:30pm. This hotel does not have a pool…that sucks so I can’t go sit out tomorrow on my birthday by the pool. I do have to work so that is why I am not going back to New Orleans. But, I will have a bash at The W. Hotel when I get home. I only have to work a half day and not a full 12 hour shift.

Sandra, my roommate has been the first to kick off my B-DAY.
She is just getting here and she stopped to get me a chocolate German cake and cocktails…my favorite. I have a feelin that tomorrow will be nothing but cocktails. I already unpacked and went to my favorite site to see what is going on with New Kids on The Block (www.nkotb.com). I love to see what Donnie crazy ass blog about. He talks a lot of shit…but you know I love it!!!!

Don’t ask me how I am doing it cuz I really don’t know myself. I last the entire day and have not slept in the last few days, well for an 1 hour on the plane. I have managed to have junk food (starbucks) last night. Worked all day, Made it to hotel, going crash, catch up with you all when I can.

I found out that Emmitt will be getting makeup today so I am excited. I was a little tired this morning have not stop to rest or enjoy the family since I been home. Just been so busy working long hours this month. Today will be an all day assignment. I will be getting off at 1:30 am that's if the game does not go over. After that Michael will bring me to the airport have an early flight out. So I then catch up with the tour in work 9am-10pm. I can rest on the plane so don't worry I am taking care of myself.

In New Orleans and heading to the superdome for the pre taping for Monday Night Football. The New Orleans Saints is playing a home game tomorrow night but I don't have a clue who they are playing. I guess I will find out shortly. I don't have my list yet and how long today I will be working. I know tomorrow is a 10 hour day so I don't think I will have time to see anybody on this trip.

I will keep you posted on everything I just hope I get to work with my boy Emmitt (I hope I spelled his name correct). He is always fun to work with great sense of humor.

Hey guys, I am in Lafayette, La now heading to my bride. Her wedding is not until 6pm but I have lots of faces to do so I am stating early.

Not to exhausted like I thought I would be. My flight was actually good and on time. I called my former assistant who now lives here in Lafayette but she didn't answer her phone. She knew I was coming in town I gave her my schedule almost 1.5 months ago. She always stress that I don't call her but when I do she is never around. Plus, I know she reads my blogs so I had to put it on here.

Going to freshen up since we are 6 miles away from the bride home.

I just finished watching the New Kids On The Block special on VH-1. I am not ashamed to say that I am in tears with joys. My chest hurts so so much and the bonus was to see them perform three songs. After such a long ass day with the tour I feel so much better. The pains in my feet and hands is no longer. That's what New Kids On The Block do for me.

New Kids On The Block will be in New Orleans on October 18th and I will still be on tour so I need to get my hands on tickets or VIP/BACKSTAGE passes. I will fly back or hop my ass in a rental to get back. I hope to get my hands on tickets. It would have been perfect if they would have had the show on my BDAY, the 13th. That would have been the best gift I could get. New Kids On The Block will be in Dallas, October 19th the last night of the tour so I am willing to not work. It has to be faith that they are in the same city I will be in.

Ok I gotta go wash my face cuz my eyes hurt…serious no joke.

Today shoot is easy it’s just Ayaka by herself. This time I will not be able to go on location to touch up because I have a lot of people coming to the studio today. Hopefully, baby girl will be ok. It’s not to hot and I am sending her off with lip color to touch up with. Today look I went for a typical dark eye not to sexy. I love working with this girl because she can pull off any look you give her…both face and pose. She just turns on when the camera starts snapping.

Before I get ready to go on tour for a month with L’Oreal cosmetics I had to squeeze in another night to party. So when I received my personal invites to attend VEUVE-CLICQUOT private party…you know I couldn’t turn it down. Tonight event is actually an early one it’s from 7-9pm so I was not going to be out late just late enough to feel like an adult. So I went casual wearing with I went to the studio in and my hubby and I met up.

My girl Carlyn met me out and baby girl Jackie came out but she stayed after 9pm I’m sure.

I was so proud of myself, I only had 2 bottles of champagne tonight since I knew I had to go home and get some work done. It was a nice turn out not to many people just enough to move around in not having to bump into anyone. By now you all know who Laine (Wiskey Bar-Bar Manger) is…through the blog kept trying to feed me more bottles but I couldn’t do it. He was trying to get me to be bad. I was on my best behavior can you believe it.

This may be the last event that I do before heading out…I THINK
