Friday Was Really A Sexy Day At Work

Can I just say that today was EVERYTHING! I was so busy with so many different services that I was definitely fulfilled with it all. I wish that I had two more hands to help capture my day today. I luv when I get booked for a variety of services; pretty pouts, sultry eyes, eye brow shaping, glam makeup, lashes, and makeup lessons.

One of my clients today was Rosemarie who came in to do a makeup lesson with me. I actually enjoy my Makeup Lessons & What’s In Your Bag services because I really get to learn my clients. I get to look into their makeup bags to see what makeup goodies they like. Rosemarie and I had such a great time I don’t even know how we finished it on time.

It’s 6pm so let the Holiday Stroll begin, the stroll was from 6pm-8pm. We had a great turn out, Art Meets Makeup Artistry. I met a lot of great people tonight, kids, teens ladies, & men. I wish I had time to capture pics of artist Allison Meyler the other person who was a part of this cool art event with me. #HERESJOHNNY

Holiday Glam Makeup Class At Whip Salon

I’m always so excited about my After Hours Makeup Class at Whip Salon. Tonight class was called Holiday Glam. I thought this would be perfect because many of you will be attending so many parties this month. Not everyone will be able to come see me so I thought this would be a nice way to help my ladies out.

Johnny did a great job as always greeting the ladies, making sure that everyone is taking great care of. Being an upcoming makeup artists this is such a great event for him to sit in on because he can now learn a lot of tips & tricks.My model tonight was Kassie, she’s such a sweet girl that I have taken under my wings.

Private Holiday Shopping Event At Lucy’s Westport

Today was a fun filled day for me. I spent half the day at Whip Salon and the other half at Lucy’s Westport. Lucy’s had a fancy private holiday shopping event for their customers at the Westport location from 4pm-8pm. Their customers were treated to hors d’oeuvres, wine, sparkling water, and a celebrity makeup artist-moi!

Lisa & Patrice were excellent hosts to their guest. Their staff was just as lovely engaging and being personal shoppers for their customers. My partner for the afternoon was makeup artist Daisy. She helped me out with pampering the ladies with makeup. We had such a nice time in Westport, luv all of the fashonista we met. Anytime a woman would come out in that horrible weather she must luv fashion. But if you saw the fab clothing that Lucy’s sell your understand why the event was successful. If your just starting your holiday shopping definitely make a trip to do your shopping for that fancy lady in your life at Lucy’s Westport & Ridgefield. Below you will find pics from the event.

Fun Day At Work With The Mannequin Challenge 

Today was so much fun at work as we attempt to try the Mannequin Challenge. It’s a lot of work trying to get everyone to stand still. We could not stop laughing, moving, and blinking. We decided this will be a practice run in later go all out once we get my girl Amy, the marketing genius involved. Johnny and I came up with this idea 💡 to get all the staff including some of our clients in the next one. The only client in the one we did today is Maria Reyes, she was so excited about getting in the one we did today. Take a look but understand the next one with be HOTTTT!!

Creating Makeup Videos At Work Today

 

Johnny turned a regular day at work today into a production set for me at least. He suggested that we do a new post for one of my makeup services at Whip Salon called “What’s In Your Makeup Bag”. So here my crazy self go in suggest that we also do a video showing what’s really in my makeup bag. My poor Dior cosmetic bag is so full that I can’t even zip it because I’m afraid that I’ll break it. But what is a girl to do, I can’t help how much makeup I roll with daily, lol.

So below you will see a few funny videos that I think you will luv. I had a blast filming with Johnny. He goes hard for all of this, that’s why we make a great team.

If you pay close attention you will hear Johnny say “Quiet On Set” luvvvvvv!!!! Johnny was my inspiration of making the video black & white because he had this Hollywood classic look going on. I wish you could appreciate his fashion today.

A New Makeup Shipment Came In Today

You wanna know what makes me happy…Anything makeup! Whenever I get a new shipment of makeup in, it always feel like Christmas. So when Jane Iredale makeup order came in today I was so happy for the recipients. The ladies that attended my “After Hours” makeup class at Whip Salon all received 10% off the makeup they purchased. So I’m putting together everyone goodies so that they can have these  must have OMG makeup. I know when I buy new makeup I look forward to getting home to play. I’m sure they will be happy when they get a call today. Ok, gotta go…makeup is calling!

Sunday Afternoon Was A Chill Day For Me

Before heading to work I stopped at Wendy’s to get a large bowl of chili. It’s so nippy outside that I just wanted something comforting, cuz a salad wasn’t going to do today.

I only went in for a few hours to clean the display counter with Clorox bleach and to place a Jane Iredale makeup order. We are out of stock on many items from the week so I wanted to get a order together since I’m off on Monday & Tuesday.

Hubby did a great job with selecting these pink & red roses. How sweet of him. He also brought Amy flowers on Saturday at the launch party. He selected the right colors of roses that they actually matched her dress.

Before I left the house this morning I put a little bit of everything in the crock pot to make a spicy gumbo. Still needed a few more ingredients but overall it was delicious! Dinner is now served I’m ready for The Walking Dead tonight, what about you?

A Libra Lunch Date With My Ride Or Die Chick

Today’s lunch was a celebration of 2 fabulous women who are both Libra’s. Amy recommend Spotted Horse in Westport because it’s one of her favorite spots when in Westport. While at lunch we had a great time chatting about life, being a mother, a wife, business, and careers. I always feel like we can sit in talk for hours. After lunch we walked over to Lucy’s Westport so we can look at the store layout for an upcoming Makeup Happy Hour that will be done at this location. The store is beautiful, I can’t for us to have our event here. I’ll keep you posted so you can come by to see me.
